Indonesia is planning to purchase SU-35 Flanker multirole fighter jets from Russian UAC, United Aircraft Corporation.
Government has ordered 11 fighter jets. This forth coming purchase deal is estimated as 1.14 billion U.S dollars.
Indonesian government will pay 570 U.S dollars upfront, which is 50% of agreed deal amount.
The rest of the price will be paid in the form of commodities like palm oil, rubber, machinery, coffee, tea, footwear, cocoa, textiles, processed fish, furniture, spices, paper and copra.
