As an increasing demand for quality employees and technicians in the worldwide MRO, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul markets. A group of 38 attendees from various Maintenance schools, employers, training and technician groups joining together for the event.
Event attendees are recommending the lawmakers and aviation regulators like ICAO, EASA, FAA etc. To focus more on world class training to the technicians as most of the freshers are still not aware of the latest upgrades happening in the aviation maintenance industries.
Also requesting more funds and support from government to expand the relationship between the maintenance schools, regulating authorities, government bodies to develop various skill development programs.
These could help maintenance industry to acquire more talented technicians around the world.
