New Aviation bill, allows airport authorities to collect charges from passengers.
In Kuala Lumpur, government decided to alter Malaysian Aviation Commission 2015, by which new practices to be introduced in Malaysian Airports, as authorities to collect charges from airport passengers.
This commission is also confirming continuous funding to aviation authorities to maintain consumer rights and aviation industry development.
Another alteration made in clause 2, which interacts with air traffic right of domestic and international routes.
This Aviation bill is expected to create good changes in aviation industry of Malaysia. Also various penalties were introduced for disciplinary actions.
According to an expert’s view, this bill could conduct good practices in shorter timeframe in the country.
